I’m Lauren.

I’m a shadow worker, spiritual teacher, and healer that has dedicated my life to illuminating and bringing breath to the darkest pieces of ourselves that we have spent years hiding from.

Blending my background in Psychology // Holocaust and Genocide Studies with my intuitive gifts that have been cultivated over the last decade, I provide folks with the soft landing place and firm hand to hold that shadow work requires.

I’ve lost count as to how many times I’ve been told, “working with you is like talking to a trusted friend,” that also happens to be trained in trauma, abuse, neglect, shame, guilt, regret, loss of direction in one’s life and cultivating your consciousness.

During a session with me, you can expect to sense a spiritual energetic presence and receive evidential validations that the world of spirit is with you, within you, and waiting for you to understand your soul’s connection at a deeper level.
