This work didn’t come to me through a certification. It came through lived experience: through grief, rebirth, and learning how to stay soft in the heat of the fire.

I’ve rebuilt my life from the ground up. As a single mom. As a creative. As a woman reclaiming her voice after losing it in the noise of expectation.

I’ve done the work with babies on my hip, grief in my chest, and purpose cracking through the fog.

But I didn’t just heal. I created systems that helped me rise.
I learned how to map timelines, manage launches, lead teams, and hold vision from start to finish.

I’ve built programs from scratch. Resurrected brands from burnout. Guided entrepreneurs through both spiritual realignment and strategic pivots that changed everything.

I’ve led group containers, held trauma in session, channeled messages that cracked people open and then handed them the next right step.

Because this is the heart of my work now: Bridging soul and structure. Shadow and strategy. Healing and high-impact action.
