My awakening wasn’t soft.

It happened at a wedding. I was assisting a photographer. The bride’s mother—a world-renowned psychic—walked over at the end of the night and said:

“Who knows Flo? Who here knows Florence?”

I burst into tears. My grandmother—my anchor, my maternal figure—had just passed.

This woman told me things no one could’ve known. That my grandmother didn’t suffer. That she was proud of how I was raising my son. That she knew who Liam was, even with dementia clouding her final months.

Then she looked me dead in the eye and said:

“You know you have the gift, right?”

She had me describe someone she was picturing. I did—without thinking. She smiled.

“That’s my best friend. You’re not imagining it. You just need to cultivate it.”

And just like that, the door opened.

The Path Since

This work didn’t come to me through a certification.
It came through lived experience—through grief, rebirth, and learning how to stay soft in the heat of the fire.

I’ve rebuilt my life from the ground up.
As a single mom.
As a creative.
As a woman reclaiming her voice after losing it in the noise of expectation.

I’ve done the work with babies on my hip, grief in my chest, and purpose cracking through the fog.

But I didn’t just heal—I created systems that helped me rise.
I learned how to map timelines, manage launches, lead teams, and hold vision from start to finish.

I’ve built programs from scratch.
Resurrected brands from burnout.
Guided entrepreneurs through both spiritual realignment and strategic pivots that changed everything.

I’ve led group containers, held trauma in session, channeled messages that cracked people open—and then handed them the next right step.

Because this is the heart of my work now:
Bridging soul and structure. Shadow and strategy. Healing and high-impact action.

Not just insight.

Integration.
