After the Shift is for the moment when the nervous system has settled, the insight has landed, and the question becomes how to live from what you now know without recreating chaos just to feel movement.

What This Space Supports

01 / integration at a human pace

This space supports the slow part of healing.

The part where insight has landed, but your body is still catching up.

We work with what’s actually happening in your day-to-day: nervous system patterns, emotional residue, relationship clarity, and the real-world decisions that follow a shift.

Support is present as things unfold.

Not constant access. Not a high-pressure container.

Just consistent touchpoints to help you stay anchored while you integrate what’s changing, name what you’re no longer available for, and choose from clarity instead of reaction.

03 / intuitive practice

Intuition deepens through repetition, not pressure.

This container strengthens discernment: how to tell the difference between fear and knowing, emotional impulse and truth, old pattern and aligned movement.

You leave with more trust in your own inner signal and fewer second guesses.

How This Works

This is a 3-month container with a simple structure.

Each month includes 3 anchored touchpoints:

Group Integration

A live group session that brings the month into focus: what’s shifting, what to prioritize, what to stop tolerating, and how to stay regulated while you move forward. This is where insight becomes practical.

You’ll leave each session with a clear internal read on what matters now and what’s no longer worth your energy.

The Threshold

A live intuitive and mediumship-based space. Messages come through for the group and individuals as guided, and space is held for personal confirmations and direct guidance when applicable. This session supports discernment, energetic clarity, and grounded next steps without forcing urgency.

Mediumship is woven in, not performed. Messages are delivered with integrity and real-world translation.

Private 1:1 Session

One private session each month, scheduled individually.

These sessions are used for personalized support, deeper reflection, and working through what’s specific to your situation. The focus is on integration, clarity, and stabilizing what’s emerging.

Sessions are live. Participation varies. There is no expectation to share more than feels right.

Private 1:1 sessions are scheduled individually each month.

Investment

$300 per month for 3 months

After the Shift is structured support for integration, discernment, and forward movement. You’ll receive 2 live group sessions each month plus one private 1:1 session, scheduled individually.

Enrollment is limited to keep the space intimate and supported.
