Shadow work is the highest form of light work you can do.

TO UNDERSTAND THE LIGHT, WE MUST JOURNEY THROUGH THE DARK.

It doesn’t matter how long you avoid looking at your shadow self - it will keep manifesting into your reality until you pay attention to it.

The self that is fractured longs to be unified and will be presented opportunities to embody the pieces that have been suppressed, rejected, denied, and disowned until they are illuminated and integrated.

(3) 45-minute 1-1 shadow Work Sessions

This is your chance to work deeply in the most vulnerable parts of yourself. You will come face to face with your biggest fears (the ones you speak of AND the ones you don’t), sit with your inner guilt that eats at you, find the root to WHY you’re so triggered by X, Y & Z and come to a level ground so you can move forward with more ease and less resistance.

We will get into the nitty gritty parts of what brings you shame, guilt, fear and trigger and breathe fire and love into those places. This transmutation will break you wide open and finally allow you to unplug from the fears that consume you, if you let it.

(3) Core Training Modules Taught Live with Lauren & Guest Experts in Shadow Work

Anyone who works with me knows how important tribe is during your process of ascension and waking up to your true authentic self. This doesn’t shift when it comes to shadow work. Finding masters in this space is crucial to gain efficient tools and key processes that resonate with you personally for your work. We all house different codes and keys, so coming together allows for even bigger alchemy.

I have two dear friends of mine who are masters in their craft, we often work through shadow with each other and with our clients weekly. I am bringing these two in for group sessions so you can have a trifecta of codes to pull from what works for you, and what you can do without for now. I have no doubt that this section of the container alone will be priceless.

An Active Facebook Group for Continued Connection Between Sessions

We will have a private group for you to process, share, celebrate, grieve and be witnessed in. And as a bonus we will hold monthly Q+A’s within the FB Group to provide additional support!

how it all works

We’ll kick things off by prompting you to witness yourself in some very real and raw spaces.

We will get everyone acclimated to the flow and energy within the container, establishing safety at the highest degree.

We will setup your 1-1 sessions and share the group dates/times,

We will come together multiple times to use homework as progress points and reflections for you post container.

We will rock your field with LIGHT LOVE & CODES!
