Just like how energy in your body can get stuck, energy in your home can too. Both positive and negative energies enter your home regularly. Sometimes you bring energy home with you, sometimes it comes from other sources, like guests, weather, clutter, or other electrical currents. Regardless of how the dense energy entered and got stuck, it’s a good idea to regularly cleanse your home and yourself to restore balance and harmony.
Your energy is the source of your creativity, ideas, intuition, psychic abilities, etc. With something that is as precious as it sounds, you need to make sure you are taking the proper precautions to protect it and restore it as needed - your energy is your life force.
